You may contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase to request a refund. After the 30-day window expires, we do not offer refunds. We do not offer prorated or partial refunds, nor do we provide refunds for monthly subscriptions.
• Please note that if you purchased a subscription through Apple iTunes Store or via our Android, iPhone, or iPad apps, such sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds for those purchases. Your purchase is subject to Apple’s applicable payment policies, which may also not provide refunds.

Unless otherwise provided in these Terms and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Chinesekeep to you is limited to the total amount you have actually paid to Chinesekeep during your use of our membership services, and shall not exceed USD 1,000. If you have not paid any fees, you are limited to injunctive relief and are not entitled to seek damages of any kind.
